An elegant medium bodied chardonnay reminiscent of the Chablis style with flavors of apple and kiwi. There is a very light yeasty character and a kiss of oak which is present as a touch of cartelized sugar in the finish.

Grapes were whole cluster pressed and fermented cool in stainless steel. The wine was aged in 100% French Oak for 9 months. 83% of the barrels were neutral and 17% were "once used barrels." The barrels were stirred weekly. This wine did not undergo malolactic fermentation to retain natural acidity.
